In most cases, a quick conversation with the local team is all it takes. But if the issue remains unresolved or you feel it wasn’t handled properly, please get in touch with us directly.. We’ll listen carefully, speak with our partners, and assess what went wrong.

If your experience didn’t match what was promised, and the issue was within our or our partner’s control, we’ll work with you to agree on a fair and proportionate refund. It’s that simple.
