• Best time to visit: October to April, when the weather is cooler and more comfortable for outdoor activities.
• Respect local customs: dress modestly when leaving the beach area, even though swimwear is acceptable on the beach itself.
• Bring sun protection: plenty of sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses, plus water to stay hydrated.
• Explore Oman beyond the beach: ancient forts and vibrant souks offer incredible cultural experiences too.
